UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design of complex features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless user experience. You will collaborate with engineers and product managers to align design decisions with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Advanced Design Leadership: Lead the design of complex features and functionalities, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and implementation
• User Research & Testing: Conduct advanced usability testing, interpreting results to make informed design decisions
• Design Standards & Guidelines: Maintain design standards and guidelines as the design expert within the organization
• Design Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles throughout the organization, educating stakeholders on best practices and the value of good UX
• Project Ownership: Take ownership of specific design projects or features from concept to implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer, with a track record of delivering high-quality user experiences
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Zeroheight
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and design patterns
• Experience with usability testing and user research methodologies
• Ability to create design prototypes and wireframes
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and methodologies, preferably with B2B SaaS experience
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Ability to analyse and interpret user feedback and behaviour data to inform design decisions
• Ability to work autonomously as the primary design resource while collaborating effectively with technical and product teams
