The Senior UX Designer will conduct user research and synthesize insights to drive design decisions. They will create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design vision is executed flawlessly.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analytics.
- Synthesize insights into personas, user journeys, and use cases to drive design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and scale design systems ensuring consistency across digital products.
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders and end users.
- Translate business goals and user needs into impactful digital experiences.
- Stay ahead of UX and AI-driven design trends, integrating innovative practices and tools to enhance the design process.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align design outcomes with technical feasibility and business objectives.
- Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to ensure design vision is executed flawlessly.
- Present and advocate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels, with strong storytelling and rationale.
Requirements
- 5+ years in UX/UI design with a portfolio showcasing user-centered solutions.
- Prior experience with Enterprise B2B applications; cybersecurity domain experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI-driven design, VR/AR, and voice/conversational interfaces.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, and analytics tools.
- Experience with AI-powered design tools and innovations in AR/VR is highly desirable.
- Strong foundation in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG).
