Own and execute user-centered design processes from discovery to delivery, ensuring experiences are seamless and aligned with product goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive workflows and empathetic design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute user-centered design processes from discovery to delivery, ensuring experiences are seamless, usable, and aligned with product goals
- Combine user insight with market trends and proven product patterns to inform strategic design decisions
- Translate complex investment or trading concepts into clear, simple, and user-friendly product flows
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and aligned with business goals
- Facilitate workshops and design sprints to explore solutions through a design thinking approach
- Design with attention to detail, visual clarity, and high aesthetic standards while maintaining consistency across platforms and staying mindful of evolving design trends
- Continuously refine designs through user feedback, data insights, product strategy, and evolving business context
- Bring user perspective into product discussions without losing sight of feasibility and strategy
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in product design, UX design, or related fields
- Strong portfolio reflecting both UX problem-solving and visually compelling design outcomes
- Experience working on fintech, investment, or trading products is highly valued
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma and similar tools)
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented while keeping focus on the bigger picture
- Curious and empathetic mindset with a strong desire to understand user behavior
- Positive attitude and openness to feedback
- Growth-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
