Senior UX Designer, Ads Planning, YouTube Ads

Create deliverables such as design briefs, wireframes, user flows, mocks, and prototypes. Support the development of new features and incremental improvements from end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Create deliverables such as design briefs, wireframes, user flows, mocks, and prototypes
• Balance platform constraints, technical limitations, compliance requirements and user needs to deliver intuitive and effective design solutions
• Support the development of new features and incremental improvements from end-to-end
• Work within the constraints of existing design systems and engage with the design system owners to expand them when necessary
• Help support and develop design team culture, and mentor junior designers in the team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
• Experience with data visualization
• Experience working in the digital/video advertising space
• Include a portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume
• Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
• 3 years of experience working in a cross-functional organization (preferred)
• Experience designing advertiser-facing surfaces or with Google Ads (preferred)
• Experience working with large design systems and aligning requirements across different systems (preferred)
• Ability to collaborate and influence engineering and product management teams and manage ambiguous problems (preferred)
