Drive research initiatives to uncover actionable insights that guide design and business decisions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure user needs are central throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Drive research initiatives, employing qualitative and quantitative techniques to uncover actionable insights that guide design and business decisions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating research findings into the product lifecycle to ensure user needs are central
  • Establish and refine design processes to align with organizational goals, fostering efficiency and creativity
  • Be an advocate for the user, embedding customer-centric principles across all product initiatives

Requirements

  • 6–8 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or corporate banking environments
  • Proficiency in guiding projects from ideation to delivery, integrating user research insights and business strategies into actionable designs
  • Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and agile workflows
  • Primary software skills: Figma, Whiteboard/Mural/Miro
  • A degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Business (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced degrees are a bonus
  • Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
  • Experience working with diverse stakeholders to align on goals and solutions
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
  • Strong foundational knowledge in UX, User-Centred Design, Interaction Design and Responsive Design
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be involved in persuading and presenting to different levels of stakeholders
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for simplifying complexity
