Responsibilities
- Drive research initiatives, employing qualitative and quantitative techniques to uncover actionable insights that guide design and business decisions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, integrating research findings into the product lifecycle to ensure user needs are central
- Establish and refine design processes to align with organizational goals, fostering efficiency and creativity
- Be an advocate for the user, embedding customer-centric principles across all product initiatives
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience designing digital products, preferably in fintech or corporate banking environments
- Proficiency in guiding projects from ideation to delivery, integrating user research insights and business strategies into actionable designs
- Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and agile workflows
- Primary software skills: Figma, Whiteboard/Mural/Miro
- A degree in a relevant field such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Business (or equivalent practical experience). Advanced degrees are a bonus
- Strong proficiency in creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Experience working with diverse stakeholders to align on goals and solutions
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution
- Strong foundational knowledge in UX, User-Centred Design, Interaction Design and Responsive Design
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be involved in persuading and presenting to different levels of stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for simplifying complexity
- Enthusiasm for fostering diversity and designing for global audiences
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to continuous improvement
