Product Designer E-commerce- Confirmé (H/F)

The Product Designer will create and evolve impactful digital products by designing innovative user experiences. They will collaborate closely with development, marketing, and project management teams to ensure product coherence and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Imagining and designing innovative and memorable user experiences
- Collaborating closely with development, marketing, and project management teams
- Conducting user research to identify needs and frustrations
- Creating fluid user journeys and interactive interfaces (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Testing, measuring, and continuously improving based on user feedback
- Leading user tests to refine and optimize solutions
- Ensuring adherence to ergonomic and accessibility standards
- Staying updated with design and technological trends
- Actively participating in the TOS design community and sharing expertise with prospects and clients
- Using Hotjar & Contentsquare to analyze user behaviors and inform design decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI, preferably in e-commerce (post-diplôme)
- Mastery of design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision) and experience with user analysis tools (Hotjar, Contentsquare)
- Passion for product design with strong user needs understanding and problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and collaboration with different departments, excellent critical thinking
- Solid experience in creating and managing design systems
- Methodical and user-centered approach, strong service-oriented mindset
- Willingness to contribute to the design team and evolve design practices within the company
