Remitly is seeking a Senior Product Designer to build next-generation conversational experiences across AI platforms, messaging apps, and voice/chat interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Partner with content to design conversational experiences across multiple platforms
- Lead the design of complex customer-centric conversational flows
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, and research to define product requirements and design solutions
- Bring clarity to ambiguity, shaping early-stage opportunity areas into coherent experience strategies and MVPs
- Help evolve our shared conversational platform and design system by developing standards, guidelines, and best practices
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, with at least part focused on conversational interfaces
- Strong portfolio of cohesive, intuitive, and inclusive experiences
- Proven track record of engaging partners with confidence and clarity
- Experience working with and contributing to design systems
- Advanced skills in designing and prototyping complex workflows with Figma
