Design innovative experiences for Meta's products, contribute to strategic decisions, and work with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for users
- Design flows and experiences that simplify complex actions into usable interfaces
- Design new experiences or layouts that evolve and define visual systems
- Contribute to strategic decisions around the future direction of Facebook products
- Give and solicit feedback from designers and a broader product team
- Drive a partnership with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists
- Represent work to a broader product team and other leaders, clearly and succinctly communicating goals and concepts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field
- 4+ years designing complex software products with a focus on user experience, interaction, and visual design
- Experience conducting advanced usability testing and gathering feedback from stakeholders
- Experience developing and implementing design strategies and presenting to executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in prototyping tools and building high-fidelity prototypes
