Senior Product Designer

Lead design efforts across mobile and web products, develop and evolve client design systems, and advocate for design system thinking.

Responsibilities

• Produce highly polished screen designs that follow UX and UI best practices
• Participate in working sessions with clients and present original work
• Work closely with other disciplines to translate their deliverables into designs
• Lead the creation and evolution of enterprise-grade design systems
• Build and maintain advanced Figma libraries
• Leverage existing design systems to accelerate product design workflows
• Ensure Figma workspaces, files, and libraries are optimized
• Audit and refactor components to improve usability, accessibility, performance, and consistency
• Prototype and test new patterns or components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and system meets evolving business and user needs

Requirements

• 5 or more years of design experience in an in-house product or design systems team, consultancy, or agency
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals and digital product experiences
• Expert command of Figma and its advanced features
• Curiosity around AI tools related to product design and design systems
• Experience and passion for UX/UI designs
• Familiarity with design systems and comfort in leveraging them for new interface designs
• Expertise in translating desktop designs to tablet and mobile screens
• Solid understanding of WCAG accessibility requirements
• High-quality execution of work
• Self-starter with a passion for digital design and staying up to date on the latest tech and trends
• Experience working in an Agile process
• Understanding of various inquiry methods such as usability testing
