Horizontal seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead the creation of engaging digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user satisfaction in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive digital experiences that align with user needs and organizational goals.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and UX researchers to iterate on digital products before and after launch.
- Communicate design decisions clearly to team members and stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members, sharing best practices and methodologies.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design or a related field.
- Experienced in designing online forms/applications establishing workflows.
- Over 6 years of experience in user experience, interaction design, or product innovation.
- Proven track record in leading digital product development projects.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and success metrics.
- Self-directed with a passion for progress and meaningful contributions.
