The Lead UI/UX Designer will be responsible for shaping the user experience across a complex B2B operating platform and a B2C home energy management system. This includes developing a clear UX strategy, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a seamless user experience from end customers to internal tools.
Responsibilities
- Entwicklung der UX/UI-Strategie für App und Plattform; Aufbau und Pflege eines skalierbaren Design-Systems mit Komponentenbibliothek und Guidelines.
- Analyse und Optimierung komplexer B2B-Workflows und HEMS-Dashboards; Erstellung von Wireframes, Prototypen und High-Fidelity-Designs.
- Planung und Durchführung von User Research, Usability-Tests und Feedback-Sessions; Insights direkt ins Backlog einfließen lassen.
- Übersetzung von Geschäfts- und Produktzielen in messbare UX-Ziele; Priorisierung nach Impact und Nutzung wiederverwendbarer Patterns.
- Orchestrierung von Handover, UI-Reviews und QA mit Engineering; Sicherung von Accessibility-Standards und Tracking von UX-Kennzahlen.
Requirements
- 6+ Jahre Erfahrung im UI/UX- oder Produktdesign mit gelaunchten Produkten und messbaren Erfolgen.
- Starkes Portfolio mit End-to-End-Cases von Research bis Handover, inkl. Kennzahlen zur Wirkung.
- Erfolge im Design komplexer digitaler Produkte – idealerweise im B2B-SaaS- oder Plattformumfeld sowie mobilen Apps.
- Sicher in Research-Methoden (qual./quant.) und deren Übersetzung in klare Designentscheidungen.
- Exzellent im UI-Handwerk: Layout, Typografie, Figma, Design Tokens, komponentenbasiertes Denken.
- Techniknah: Verständnis für moderne Frontends (React, Tailwind, Storybook); idealerweise Erfahrung mit IoT/HEMS.
- Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Skills in Deutsch und Englisch.
