The Senior UI/UX Designer plans and leads the design process, ensuring solutions are based on understanding client challenges. They collaborate with teams and clients to refine digital experiences, conducting research and creating mock-ups and prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead the design process to ensure solutions meet user needs and business objectives
- Help team members improve their understanding of the customer journey
- Plan and carry out research to inform the design process
- Take part in UX/Discovery/Strategy workshops
- Work closely with Development team from early stages
- Collaborate with multiple clients to refine and improve their digital experiences
- Participate in the planning, research, and design of digital experiences
- Create High and Low-Fi mock-ups and prototypes
- Contribute to pitches and new business opportunities
- Develop expertise in technology and communicating complex concepts to non-techies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital agencies or outsource companies
- Hands-on expertise with tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Miro
- Strong sense of visual design and typography
- Solid experience working with and building Design Systems
- Deep understanding of UX best practices in complex product development environments
- Ability to run discovery workshops, user research, and usability testing
- Highly collaborative team player with mentoring skills
- Capability to influence product strategy by balancing user needs with business goals
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously
- Excellent presentation and storytelling skills
- Proactive, flexible, and able to move between high-level product vision and detailed UI execution
- Advanced English (spoken and written)
