The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for understanding users’ needs and creating visual elements of a digital product’s interface. This role includes creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs to help bring products to life.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand user needs, conduct user research, and translate insights into innovative design solutions
- Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and prototypes into functional code
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, etc.
- Experience in creating storyboards and site mapping
- Experience with visual design
- Knowledge of usability testing, A/B testing, and user feedback analysis
- 1 to 5 years’ experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role
- An understanding of user-centered design principles
- Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and engage effectively with diverse teams
- Ability to create accurate and detailed designs that meet the needs of the product
- Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch)
Key Skills
