The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing interfaces that provide a seamless user experience. This includes gathering user requirements, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Gathering user requirements through research and analysis.
- Creating wireframes and prototypes.
- Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to ensure that design solutions align with user needs and technological capabilities.
- Leveraging design skills to create user-friendly layouts and interactive elements that enhance usability and engagement.
- Staying updated on the latest design trends and contributing fresh ideas that drive innovation within our products.
Requirements
- Minimum 5-7 years' experience in UI/UX design.
- Ability to create new designs as well as enhance existing ones.
- Experience designing both mobile apps, web applications, and websites.
- Proficiency with tools such as Adobe XD, Adobe Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Ability to convert design pages to HTML templates.
- Expertise in prototyping, wireframing, user flows, and mock-ups.
- Strong visual design skills and proficiency with design software.
- Experience in user research and usability testing.
- Expertise in CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Skilled in User Interface Design (UID) and User Experience Design (UED).
- Understanding of information architecture.
- Ability to understand institution's users, services, processes, and needs, and design accordingly.
- Independent and hands-on approach.
