The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and develop visually appealing UI designs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience and conduct usability testing for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and preferences.
- Analyze data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement in the user experience.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to visually communicate design concepts.
- Iterate and refine designs based on user feedback and usability testing.
- Develop high-quality, visually appealing UI designs that align with the overall product vision and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with graphic designers to implement visual design elements.
- Conduct usability testing to gather valuable insights and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize and enhance the user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate design ideas and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical team members.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to UI/UX design and development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Computer Science) or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects and highlighting problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and deadlines.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
