Design both UI and UX for various projects while aligning with the company's visual identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered experiences across digital screens and physical installations.
Responsibilities
- Design both UI and UX for digital, spatial, and interactive projects while aligning with our visual identity
- Develop wireframes, user flows, mood boards, and prototypes (primarily in Figma)
- Create polished presentation decks to communicate design concepts to internal teams and clients
- Design user interfaces across a range of project types (apps, installations, virtual environments)
- Collaborate with creative, production, and freelance teams to deliver cohesive UI/UX solutions
- Support production teams with asset preparation for development and build phases
- Share your expertise to shape project plans, timelines, and team knowledge around UI/UX best practices
- Present in-progress and completed work to both internal teams and wider studio stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years' experience in a creative studio, agency, or design environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for both UI and UX
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and After Effects
- Experience designing for physical-digital interactive projects
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and deliverables
- Proactive mindset with openness to feedback and iterative design
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across teams
- Right to work in the UK
- Available to work onsite in London at least 4 days per week
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop and After Effects
- Experience designing for physical-digital interactive projects
- Experience in a creative agency, production studio, or architecture/visualisation setting
- Hands-on experience with 3D interactive UX or game UI design
- Familiarity with creative coding or prototyping (e.g., Webflow, Unreal Engine, Unity, Three.js)
- Motion design skills for UI (e.g., After Effects, Principle)
- 3D modelling/rendering knowledge (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D)
- Affinity with architectural or environmental design projects
