The UI/UX Designer will lead projects from concept to completion, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to design effective solutions. This role involves creating wireframes and prototypes, guiding developers, and ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Take a brief from client and take them through user flows, wireframing, and design.
- Dissect client briefs to work out requirements and spec out design solutions for developers to implement.
- Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for a variety of clients.
- Have educated UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justify and articulate design decisions.
- Work with the front-end development team to handover designs and test completed products.
- Lead ‘work in progress’ meetings with clients, present implemented feedback and instructional sessions.
- Build successful working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish.
- Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes.
- Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes.
- Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps.
- Skilled in creating designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
- Confident in suggesting new ideas and improving how things are done.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Passionate about design and strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working closely with different teams—developers, product managers, and others.
