Own and lead all UX and UI design activities across the product lifecycle. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to create user experiences that meet product requirements.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead all UX and UI design activities across the product lifecycle.
- Work with Product Managers to gather requirements, define user flows, and translate ideas into clear, usable interfaces.
- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes that address complex use cases involving large data sets.
- Maintain and evolve a scalable design system in Figma to support product consistency and team efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineers, especially front end engineers to ensure UX delivery.
Requirements
- at least 7 years of experience in Product designer (UI/UX), with a strong track record designing data-intensive SaaS products.
- Demonstrating ability to design complex interfaces and user-centric workflows for a B2B product.
- Proven experience in Design interactive charts, time series plots, scatter plots, heatmaps, and other advanced data visualizations that enable exploration and understanding of large datasets.
- Knowledge of Figma including auto-layout, component libraries, and prototyping features.
- Proven experience working with product and engineering teams in agile environments.
- Strong understanding of usability, accessibility, responsive design, and user-centered methodologies.
- Ability to balance visual polish with functional clarity in high-data-density environments.
