Lead the end-to-end design of user experiences for complex workflows and drive UX strategy to align design vision with business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate insights into actionable product design and mentor design teams to elevate UX practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design of user experiences for complex workflows, from research and conceptualization through detailed interaction design
- Drive UX strategy, ensuring alignment of design vision with business objectives and technical constraints
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to translate insights into actionable product design
- Define and maintain design standards, patterns, and systems to ensure consistency across platforms
- Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and analytics to inform and validate design decisions
- Mentor and influence design teams, elevating the overall quality of UX practices across the organization
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive UX design experience, including at least 5 years at a senior or lead/principal level
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership in enterprise-scale or consumer-facing products
- Proven ability to shape product direction and influence senior stakeholders through design vision
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced, innovative environments
- Deep expertise in interaction design, information architecture, visual design, and accessibility principles
- Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
- Strong storytelling and communication skills to articulate design rationale and influence stakeholders
- Knowledge of user research methodologies and ability to synthesize insights into design strategy
