Responsibilities
- Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for digital banking products.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to build and ship features.
- Help maintain and evolve our design system.
- Ensure designs meet industry compliance and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Requirements
- 2-5 years of UI/UX design experience.
- A strong portfolio showing your design process and finished work.
- Experience in FinTech, banking, or a regulated environment is a major plus.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
