Develop and enhance UI/UX solutions for platforms while collaborating with developers to implement new features. Create clear documentation for developers covering interaction logic, animations, and element behavior.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve UI/UX solutions for platforms.
- Work with the design system and components.
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features, improve existing solutions, and ensure correct design implementation.
- Create clear, structured documentation for developers that covers interaction logic, animations, and element behavior in different states.
- Interact with Product, Development, QA, and other designers' teams.
Requirements
- Portfolio with works on admin panels, platforms, SaaS products, etc.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product or UI/UX Designer
- Ability to create quality Product & Web-design using typography, photography, and appropriate graphics without excess decoration
- Experience with design systems: ability to create, support, and scale components
- Understanding of design implementation logic and ability to effectively communicate with developers
- Creative approach to tasks: ability to think flexibly, find non-standard solutions, and adapt to changes
- Product thinking: focus on the user, task, and business result rather than design for design's sake
- Strong presentation and communication skills: ability to present ideas, effectively collaborate with the team and adjacent departments, provide constructive feedback
- Self-organization: ability to rationally plan time and maintain a balance between work and rest
