UI/UX Designer (Hourly Project) - Argentina

The UI/UX Designer will conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, particularly lending apps, and document user journeys and product features. They will also provide clear documentation of product flows and act as a local expert for the team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth benchmarking of fintech products, especially lending apps, in your local market
• Use, analyze, and document user journeys and product features based on a predefined framework
• Provide clear, well-structured documentation of product flows, UX patterns, and key experience insights
• Act as a local expert to help our team understand how digital financial products operate and perform in your region
• Potential to evolve into broader support roles as we design and localize products for your market

Requirements

• Live in the market they'll be researching (local presence is required)
• Have a good eye for product design and UX and can clearly communicate observations
• Can move fast, self-manage, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision
• Experience in fintech (big plus), especially in lending (huge plus—but not required)

Key Skills

• English communication skills (speaking, writing, and reading)
• High sense of urgency
• Solid understanding of digital products—especially in product, UX/UI, content design, or user research
