Senior UI/UX Designer

Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications, ensuring design consistency and usability. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create high-quality digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web applications, from research and ideation to final implementation.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user flows that communicate design concepts clearly.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Ensure design systems, style guides, and component libraries are consistent and scalable.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends, tools, and best practices, particularly in AI-powered applications.
• Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear, professional manner.

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of proven experience in UI/UX design for web applications.
• Strong expertise in Figma (or similar tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and user flows.
• Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects and design thinking.

Key Skills

• Experience designing interfaces for AI-powered or data-driven applications.
• Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
