UI Designer (f/m/x)

Design visually engaging UIs for a mobile app while ensuring usability and accessibility. Own the design system and collaborate with developers and product managers to deliver production-ready assets.

Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging UIs for our mobile app, ensuring usability, accessibility, consistency, and scalability.
• Deliver production-ready assets, specs, prototypes, and documents to developers and support them during implementation.
• Build, maintain, and own our evolving design system.
• Design illustrations, icons, and other graphical elements needed for your designs.
• Owning the UX writing in products, ensuring a consistent and engaging style and tone.
• Define and own a visual language, ensure consistency across teams and products.
• Perform design reviews, making sure the implementations align with the designs.
• Team up with our researcher and data team to quickly gather feedback on your design and iterate on it as needed.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience designing for mobile and web, ideally for B2C mobile apps.
• A portfolio that demonstrates outstanding visual design, branding, and UI craft, especially on mobile, and preferably design systems you worked on in the past.
• Expert-level skills in Figma, including component creation, prototyping, and multi-brand design systems.
• Experience in motion and transition design.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills in agile product teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
