Collaborate with the Creative Director and cross-functional teams to create intuitive interfaces. Present ideas clearly and iterate based on feedback while ensuring designs are executed accurately.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Creative Director and our cross-functional teams to craft clean, intuitive interfaces
- Translate concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs
- Present your ideas clearly to both internal teams and clients, iterating based on shared feedback
- Work within and contribute to design systems, knowing when to innovate and when to stay consistent
- Stay on top of design trends and tools, continuously evolving your skills and our processes
- Partner with developers to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional UI design experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency or consultancy
- Expertise with Figma
- Strong grasp of user-centered design principles
- Attention to detail in layout, typography, and color
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Experience with motion graphics and Webflow is a major plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and self-direct your own workflow
- Comfort working within a design system — and confidence knowing when and how to evolve it
