You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative digital solutions and lead design sprints to explore product opportunities. Your role includes developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs while ensuring user-centered and scalable design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategists, developers, and other designers, to create innovative digital solutions
- Define and design digital product experiences that solve real-world problems and meet user needs
- Lead design sprints and workshops to explore product opportunities and define design strategies
- Develop detailed wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that communicate product vision and functionality
- Ensure that design solutions are user-centered, scalable, and technically feasible
- Continuously improve and iterate on product designs based on feedback and user testing
- Work closely with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that support consistency and scalability across digital products
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital product design
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital product design
- Proven experience designing user-centered digital products from concept to execution
- Strong skills in prototyping, wireframing, and high-fidelity design (Figma knowledge is a must)
- Experience working with Design Systems is essential
- Familiarity with UX principles and the ability to collaborate closely with UX designers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to balance user needs with business goals
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills for effective collaboration
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and development processes is a plus
- Self-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a team-based, collaborative environment
