Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites. Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging web pages that enhance conversion rates and ensure a seamless experience across our websites
- Deliver data-driven solutions aligned with business needs
- Maintain and expand the design systems in a strategic and sustainable way
- Analyze current website patterns and flows and proactively suggest web UX/UI improvements to drive innovation, consistency, clarity, and ease of use for end users
- Work closely with product managers, engineers, web content managers, copywriters, graphic designers, SEO managers, data analytics, and other stakeholders for cross-team collaborations
Requirements
- Proven experience in web design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging web pages
- Proficiency in Figma with knowledge of the newest feature releases
- Experience working with design systems
- User research and/or prototyping experience is a plus
- A keen eye for detail and passion for creating pixel-perfect UI and intuitive user experience
- Ability to autonomously and proactively identify problems and opportunities and execute improvements
- Experience with analytic tools (e.g., Hotjar) or A/B testing tools
- Experience working with B2B/SaaS products is a plus
- Great communication and presentation skills, critical thinking, and ability to rationalize design choices
- Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and have a strong sense of ownership
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with all stakeholder groups
- A true team player
