Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact UI design initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring clarity, usability, and visual excellence
- Deliver innovative creative design to drive marketing engagement and conversion
- Partner with UX, PM, and engineering to translate strategy into engaging, pixel-perfect user interfaces
- Mentor designers and champion craft, accessibility, and interaction quality
- Drive the visual direction and brand alignment across all digital touchpoints
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, visual design, product design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product thinking and visually polished UIs
- Excellent visual and interaction skills
- Strong communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and the ability to make effective decisions within a team
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive and solution-driven approach to UI/UX design challenges
- Familiar with Figma, and prototyping tool
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
