As a UX/UI designer, you will research user needs and create artifacts to help stakeholders visualize problems. You will design intuitive multi-channel service experiences and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Research user needs and create artifacts to help stakeholders visualize problems
- Create prototypes and mock-ups to rally teams around early-stage concepts
- Design intuitive multi-channel service experiences for customers and staff
- Champion simple and accessible service experiences
- Work collaboratively with Product and Engineering teams
- Help evolve our multi-brand design system
Requirements
- Highly proficient in Figma
- Strong technical understanding of Figma capabilities
- Ability to translate design concepts into front-end development requirements
- Collaboration with engineers to ensure designs are intuitive and technically feasible
- Understanding of multi-channel customer services
- Comfortable with complex business problems
- Workshop user journeys
- Deliver high-fidelity design deliverables in Figma
