Requirements
- More than 3 years of professional experience in mobile app UI/UX design
- More than 3 years of professional experience creating prototypes using Figma
- Japanese language skills (conversational level)
- Knowledge of usability and accessibility for smartphone apps
- Understanding of Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design
- Experience in UI design and direction for smartphone apps
- Experience in team management
- Experience in operations and direction for e-commerce or large-scale websites
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
