You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience. Your role will also encompass mentoring junior designers and advocating for user-centered design principles within the team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Be involved in every stage of the design process, from conducting user research and creating wireframes to designing interactive prototypes and high-fidelity visuals.
- Mentor junior designers and advocate for user-centered design principles within the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a UX UI Designer or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design projects that highlight your process and results.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and analysis.
- Ability to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished visual designs.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
