WorkForce Software, an ADP company, is hiring a Senior UX Designer to create elegant, easy-to-use experiences for millions of end-users.
Responsibilities
- Plan a sprint ahead, anticipating what the engineering team needs to build
- Do design planning with the product owners, engineering, and UX team/leaders for future work and backlog grooming
- Use UX skills to visualize creative solutions for customer problems with your team
- Incorporate feedback from client users into each iteration of work
- Facilitate discussion with engineers, client users, or peers
- Adapt and influence a Lean/Agile approach to design
- Work on next-generation products with innovative tech stacks
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role
- Experience in Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD, or similar tools
- Able to work 3 days in the Alpharetta, GA office
