A global ecommerce leader seeks a Senior Product Designer to lead complex products and features, focusing on customer experience and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex products and features along the entire customer journey.
- Collaborate and drive strategic alignment with cross-functional partners.
- Lead thoughtful and human-centered solutions for both short-term outcomes, and long-term vision.
- Create user scenarios, journey maps, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full product development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience designing for software within complex company ecosystems.
- Passion for craft, leveraging competitive analysis, user research, visual design, interaction design, prototyping, storytelling, new tool and technology experimentation.
- Data driven, building customer-centric solutions backed by analytics and user research.
- Cross-functional collaboration, working directly with product managers, engineers, user researchers, content designers, and program managers.
- Curiosity for personal and professional growth, always learning new ways to uplevel your craft, work with others, and deliver business impact.
- Outstanding portfolio, showcasing your product design expertise and outcomes you have delivered.
