Own the end-to-end design process for core products, collaborating with the product team and conducting user research. Create high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes while ensuring design consistency and mentoring junior designers.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process for a core product, from research and ideation to delivery and iteration
- Collaborate with Product to gather insights, define requirements, and align on strategy and roadmap
- Conduct research and leverage insights to improve user experiences and inform design decisions
- Create high-fidelity designs, flows, and prototypes that clearly communicate solutions
- Present and defend your work to stakeholders, gather feedback, and iterate thoughtfully
- Contribute to and evolve Anduin’s Figma-based design system to maintain consistency across the platform
- Identify UX and workflow improvement opportunities, and lead initiatives to address them
- Partner with engineers to ensure accurate implementation and smooth handoff
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience (open to more senior candidates)
- Strong portfolio with at least one in-depth case study showing your full process
- Proficiency in Figma with clean, systemized file structure and flow design
- Experience working across the full design cycle, from discovery to polished UI
- Familiarity with using and contributing to design systems
- Solid communication skills and the ability to explain and defend your decisions
- Self-directed and proactive mindset
- Comfortable collaborating with PMs, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Passion for continuous learning, feedback, and growth
