Lead the design process across multiple smaller projects from discovery to delivery. Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to clarify goals and improve outcomes using research and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process across multiple smaller projects from discovery to delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, development, and business teams to clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics.
- Use research, analytics, and A/B testing to validate decisions and improve outcomes.
- Produce user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes that are ready for implementation.
- Present clear options with trade-offs and recommend a direction supported by data.
- Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency and speed.
- Help establish and improve team processes and ways of working.
- Stay current with design practices and apply them where they add tangible value.
Requirements
- A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates strong UX and UI craft, problem solving, and measurable impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and experience working with design systems.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design and accessibility fundamentals.
- Practical experience with user research and usability testing; A/B testing experience is a strong advantage.
- Ability to explain design choices clearly, present multiple solutions, and build alignment with business and technical teams.
- Sharp attention to detail and ability to deliver production-ready designs.
- Willingness to help shape and improve design processes as needed.
