Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams to bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for mobile and web
- Support the development and maintenance of the Blys Design Language
- Conduct user research and usability testing with guidance from senior designers
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, teammates, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other teams
- Stay up-to-date with design tools, trends, and best practices
- Contribute to team discussions, openly sharing ideas and feedback
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or similar role (internship and freelance experience welcome)
- Hands-on experience with Figma, prototyping, and an openness to support marketing assets
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is a bonus
- A portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of user-centered design principles
- Basic understanding of design fundamentals and accessibility standards
- Some experience or interest in AI-assisted design
- Curious and willing to learn, open to feedback and eager to grow in a collaborative environment
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced startup setting
- Bonus: some familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web layouts and an interest in motion design
