Deliver designs based on research and industry best practices while collaborating with the product team to enhance the product experience. Advocate for the customer in product design and ensure high-quality designs and prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Delivering designs based on research, insight and industry best practice.
- Gathering requirements and ideas from research and key stakeholders.
- Working alongside the product team to deliver the best product experience.
- Understanding and advocating the customer in product design.
- Ensuring production of high quality designs and prototyping.
- Alignment with other Designers in the creation of frontend visuals.
Requirements
- 5 years or more experience working on UX and UI focused projects.
- Creating compelling UIs / Visual Designs that vitalize the brand with a passion.
- Working with Design Systems and systematizing UI components.
- Industry standard software such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
- Working and collaborating with diverse teams in a lean/agile setup.
- Experience in the igaming industry and genuine interest in sportsbetting or other transaction intense industries like Fin-Tech (asset).
- Prototyping skills.
- Proficient written and fluent verbal communication skills in English.
- Driving teams to success with minimal supervision.
- Masters Degree in the Product Design field or similar (preferred).
