Lead and own the end-to-end designs in the Intranet product team, taking ownership of the product’s design vision and execution. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on designs to create intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of product’s design vision, strategy, and execution
- Lead end-to-end design from exploration to polished delivery
- Operate with speed, agility, and a bias for action
- Collaborate deeply with engineers, product managers, data scientists, and researchers
- Build interactive prototypes using vibe-coding tools
- Champion customer insight by connecting with users and gathering feedback
- Shape the design culture
Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience
- Strong visual, interaction, and UX design abilities
- Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code
- Thrives in fast-paced environments
- Skilled at uncovering and synthesizing user needs
- Comfortable making decisions and driving work forward
