Responsibilities
- Influence strategy for your product team, identifying opportunities for impact.
- Apply the right research methodology to empathise with customer challenges and develop problem knowledge.
- Leverage AI prototyping to explore ideas, iterate with peers, and bring ideas to life.
- Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with flair, maintaining quality and delivering at speed.
- Lead compelling vision initiatives for your team and domain, influencing and visualising opportunities for innovation.
- Solve problems holistically with systems-thinking, ensuring scalability and avoiding unnecessary variation.
- Communicate persuasively, weaving storytelling narratives around your work and triaging feedback.
- Collaborate transparently, sharing work with the wider organisation for feedback and cross-domain collaboration.
- Advocate usage of the design system Norma, understanding when to follow or deviate, improve, and contribute back.
- Champion experience principles by ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility.
- Be an active member of the cross-functional culture, advocating quality, shaping ways of working, and providing feedback.
Requirements
- Impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process.
- Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
- Systems thinking with experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
- Strong evidence of effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts.
- Experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech is preferred.
- Embodiment and demonstration of Remote's core values.
