The Senior Product Designer will use data and analytics to inform design decisions and measure the success of design solutions through metrics and KPIs. They will manage multiple project deadlines and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design while contributing to the development and maintenance of the design system.
Responsibilities
- Using data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Measuring the success of design solutions through metrics and KPIs.
- Managing multiple project deadlines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design.
- Improvement in conversion rates for key player actions.
- Player retention rates post-implementation of design initiatives.
- Contributions to the development and maintenance of the design system.
Key Skills
- 4–6 years of hands-on product design experience.
- Proven experience working on B2C digital products.
- Someone who has led projects and mentored junior designers.
- Solid skills in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Bonus if you have UI motion design experience.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Strong communicator and team player who collaborates well with product, tech & business teams.
