You will lead a team of designers and oversee user research to propose optimized solutions for various projects. Additionally, you will ensure the coherence of the user experience and provide recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of designers
- Supervise and participate in user research
- Direct design strategy with product teams
- Analyze and report on user tests
- Ensure consistency of user experience
- Provide improvement recommendations
- Design wireframes and prototypes
- Create mockups
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer with a vision product
- Expertise in Management, User Research, Design System, and User Testing Animation
- Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite
- Ability to work in a team and Agile mode
- Good command of English (bonus)
