The Product Designer will lead end-to-end design of complex features and workflows, ensuring cross-functional alignment. They will advocate for user needs and elevate design quality through thoughtful, user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design of complex features and workflows
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops and drive consensus
- Translate technical and business requirements into product experiences
- Partner with designers, researchers, engineers, and product managers
- Contribute to and evolve the design system
- Advocate for a human-centered approach and iterative design process
- Reframe and scope design challenges from business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience designing interactive solutions for B2B/B2E products
- Advanced Figma skills and strong UI design skills
- Experience with design systems and their evolution
- Passion for design and excellent problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing complex projects
- Understanding of web applications and constraints
- Interest in Human-AI Interaction
- Fluency in English
