As a Product Designer, you will design end-to-end experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience. You will also mentor other designers and contribute to the internal design process.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences
- Research, sketch, and share ideas with cross-functional teams
- Create low and high-fidelity user interface designs and prototypes using Figma
- Work with product managers and engineering leaders on technical tradeoffs
- Collaborate on shared patterns, product vision, and design goals
- Facilitate design reviews with cross-functional teams
- Influence and contribute to the internal design process and team culture
- Mentor other designers and share design decisions
Requirements
- 3 ~ 7 years of product design experience, ideally in technical tools for business
- Ability to grasp technical domains and translate them into user experiences
- Advocacy for user-centered design
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
