Staff Product Designer, Internal Tools (Go-To-Market)

The Staff Product Designer will be responsible for designing internal tools that support DoorDash's go-to-market strategy. This role involves creating elegant, customer-centric solutions that drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Make a real impact - be at the forefront of shaping the vision and strategy for our internal operators
- Have a clear mission & autonomy to go after it - laser focus on solving the most critical customer problems and tackle them in free range
- Experiment and innovate - partner with research, product, engineering, analytics, and business partners to come up with creative solutions that move the needle

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry
- Experience with multi-sided marketplaces, internal or complex workflow tools is great
- Fluency in the latest product design trends, tools, and technology cross-platform
- Must be able to work in our office in São Paulo, Brazil
