Senior Product Designer (User Research) - UK

Lead user research initiatives to gather insights and shape product direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design user experiences for web and mobile platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead qualitative and quantitative user research initiatives to identify insights, validate hypotheses, and shape product direction
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define product goals and translate them into intuitive, elegant user experiences
- Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes across platforms (web, iOS, Android)
- Own and evolve the design process, from problem framing and discovery to execution and delivery
- Influence strategic decisions with user insights, advocating for experience quality and long-term design value
- Establish, maintain, and contribute to our design system and ensure brand and interaction consistency
- Mentor and support other designers in applying user-centered practices and elevating design quality
- Communicate design decisions clearly through storytelling, rationale, and research evidence
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product design, with a strong focus on user research
- Deep understanding of UX research methodologies, usability testing, and data interpretation
- Strong systems thinking and ability to distill complexity into simple, intuitive experiences
- Proven track record designing cross-platform interfaces (web + native mobile: iOS/Android)
- Experience designing for SaaS or B2B digital products is highly preferred
- Excellent communication skills — able to influence decisions and align teams around user needs
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
