The Senior Product Designer will transform complex workflows into intuitive user journeys and design scalable systems that evolve over time. They will collaborate with product teams to align design with user needs and drive business impact through innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Distill multi-layered workflows into clear, intuitive user journeys.
• Lead and evolve modular, composable systems that scale intelligently.
• Design for emerging behaviors, building experiences that push new interaction models.
• Prototype the future using motion, AI, and dynamic interfaces to communicate ideas tangibly.
• Redefine the role of AI in design—co-design with prompts and generative models.
• Shape product strategy in partnership with PMs and engineers, aligning design with evolving user needs.
• Push accessibility beyond compliance, advocating for inclusive experiences.
• Drive business impact by designing solutions that transform markets.
• Deliver high-fidelity interfaces that balance sophistication with visual craft.
• Collaborate with product teams to align capabilities with authentic user needs.
• Explore and prototype new paradigms in interaction and orchestration design.

Requirements
