Design end-to-end experiences for products and collaborate with product managers and developers to create intuitive solutions. Maintain and evolve the design system while contributing to the strategic direction of the product.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Rapyd’s design system by improving existing components and creating new ones
- Ensure design system consistency across all Rapyd products
- Collaborate across teams with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Utilize user research, usability testing, and data analysis to guide design decisions
- Promote the adoption of design system expertise and AI tools
- Contribute to broader product design projects as priorities shift
Requirements
- 3–5 years in product design with expertise in building and managing design systems
- Proficient in Figma
- Hands-on experience with research, usability testing, interviews, and product data analysis
- Strong collaboration and presentation skills
- Practical experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and design
- Experience designing iOS and Android app components within a design system
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience creating micro-animations and interaction patterns (advantage)
