As a Staff UX Designer, you will investigate user attitudes and behaviors to inform product direction and design new product concepts. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to enhance product direction and mitigate risks.
Responsibilities
- Partner and inspire other enterprise designers
- Utilise best practices around enterprise tooling patterns
- Form close relationships with POs, engineers, researchers, and UX writers/content strategists
- Coach designers to create experiences that show pride in craft
- Design flows and experiences (UX/UI) yourself
- Partner with design leaders to smooth communication and amplify output
Requirements
- 6+ years product design experience
- Proven experience working within enterprise or B2B
- Proven track record in applying structured service design methodologies
- Additional experience as a team lead or in direct people management
- Portfolio of work showing joyous experiences that have impact
- Skills and expertise in visual design, interaction design, UX writing, and UI design
- Mastery of Figma and fluency with other digital design and prototyping tools
- Excellent English communication skills
