You will craft user-centered, innovative design solutions that enhance both the emotional and functional aspects of enterprise experiences. This role focuses on delivering seamless end-to-end AI Agentic user experiences while balancing technical and business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless end-to-end AI Agentic user experiences
- Balance technical and business objectives
- Partner and inspire other enterprise designers
- Utilise best practices around enterprise tooling patterns
- Form close relationships with POs, engineers, researchers, and UX writers/content strategists
- Coach designers to create experiences that show pride in craft
- Design flows and experiences (UX/UI) yourself
- Partner with design leaders to smooth communication and amplify output
