Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-quality projects in line with product timelines and objectives.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to execute designs effectively.
- Conduct user research and apply design thinking principles to create user-centered solutions.
- Maintain high design standards by incorporating feedback and conducting regular design reviews.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance the user experience.
Requirements
- 1+ year of hands-on product design experience in a B2C technology ecosystem.
- Proficiency in design thinking, user research, prototyping, and visual design.
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design tools.
- Proven familiarity with AI tools to produce quality work and accelerate the design process.
- A portfolio showcasing ownership of design projects and case studies.
- Prior experience in designing for B2C products.
- Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
